In-Home Mental Health Program
The Anesis Foundation now provides in-home counseling to families in Dane County. This program serves families referred by Dane County Human Services who are at risk of experiencing a separation from their family system.
Our Drop-In Clinics are open to everyone- no appointment required. Services are available regardless of insurance status, and no one is turned away for lack of coverage. When possible, we utilize insurance to support sustainability. Whether you need counseling, harm reduction supplies, crisis stabilization, or help connecting to housing, healthcare, or employment, our team is here to meet you where you are- without judgment.

Crisis Stabilization Case Management Program
Crisis Stabilization services are designed to prevent or improve a mental health crisis and/or reduce acute symptoms of mental illness. Short-term, intensive, community-based services are provided to avoid the need for hospitalization. In Dane County, Crisis Stabilization services can be offered through enhanced case management, hospital diversion facilities, and residential AFH/CBRF placements.
