While working for the school district the liaison position was used to encourage families to participate in the educational progress of their children. I was also privileged as a liaison to encourage families in the Triple-P program (Parents Participation in Progress) which brought in nationally known educators to help parents understand the importance of being visible at their children’s school for support”.
