DeMarcus Williams

(he/him)

Assistant CCS Service Director, Crisis Stabilization Program Coordinator, Service Facilitator

DeMarcus wears many hats at Anesis Therapy. In addition to working with clients as a service facilitator, he oversees our Crisis Stabilization Program and serves as the Assistant Service Director of the Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) program at Anesis. DeMarcus is a true Madison native. He’s an alumna of West High School, Madison Area Technical College, and later UW-Madison where he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology.

Much of DeMarcus’ life has been service-oriented. As a child, his parents often took him to their offices in the State Capital and mayor’s office. DeMarcus served as a tutor and academic advisor within the AVID/TOPS program from which he himself had proudly graduated a few years earlier. In college, DeMarcus also worked at the Badger Rock Neighborhood Center where he helped Chef Kipp Thomas teach culinary arts to young people.

After graduating college, DeMarcus joined Anesis Therapy as a Service Facilitator, where he continues to put his advocacy and organizational skills to work, making positive impacts in the lives of his clients, and within the programs he serves. In his free time, DeMarcus enjoys closely following sports (Badger football especially), and cooking. His father, who taught DeMarcus how to DJ when he was just 10, is also a deep lover of music.
