VENDOR/EXHIBITOR PROPOSALS
APPLICATION DEADLINE FOR BEST CONSIDERATION: June 15th, 2024
(We will continue to accept applications after June 15th until all spaces are filled).

Submitting a proposal does not guarantee a booth at our conference.
Vendor Fees: $175 for nonprofits, $200 for-profit businesses
All vendors will be provided a 6-foot standard table.
All travel expenses are your responsibility.
Each vendor is responsible for processing their own sales, as well as collection and payment of 5.5% Dane County sales tax.
If you are selected as a vendor, we will contact you with booth guidelines & vendor fee information.
Only vendors/exhibitors that fall under the mental health & wellness category will be considered.
