Alwyn Foster

Service Facilitator

Al Foster is a native of Minneapolis, Minnesota. He recently relocated from New Haven, Ct to Dane County. He is in the process of completing his bachelors in Human Services from Goodwin University. He will finish his program by the end of 2020. Before coming to Anesis, Al worked for a number of years as a Case Manager for fathers being released from prison. He worked at Catholic Charities for nearly ten years and a Fatherhood Specialist and Senior Case Manager. Al has always worked to develop trusting relationships with his clients. He believes that meeting the client at their point of need is the key to his success. Additionally, Al has experience with motivational interviewing, domestic violence and community advocacy. He is glad to be a part of the Anesis team and is glad to bring all of his expertise to provide an enriched experience to all clients and the families.
