Child and Family Advocate

Shavone Brown is a Child and Family Advocate within the In-Home Family Therapy Program at Anesis. With skillful and genuine compassion, Shavone seeks to support families and communities with their parenting struggles, familial relationships, their healing and their growth. She has worked with children with disabilities in the Madison School District, and has had her own profound experiences as a parent herself. She knows the importance of support and warmth while navigating life's challenges and transitions. Shavone has a special place in her heart for Madison, and is proud to call it home. She plans to continue her degree in Human Services, so that she may continue to pour back into her community.
