Rubi is a graduate student at UW Madison pursuing a master's degree in social work. It is her dream to become a Clinical Social Worker and obtain her LCSW. In this role, she hopes to work with adolescents, families, and take part in community outreach programs that help to connect mental health services, resources, and support to at-risk vulnerable populations. She is passionate about incorporating spiritual practices such as meditation, mindfulness, prayer, and yoga into therapeutic settings. Rubi believes that integrating spirituality into therapeutic work can enhance the treatment experience of clients in a profound way.
