Introducing Tessa Rayfield, our Administrative Assistant at Anesis Therapy. Tessa is an integral part of our team, providing exceptional support to the Executive Director in various operational aspects of the organization. Armed with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a Clinical Counseling concentration, Tessa leverages her educational background and skills to excel in her role.

Tessa brings a decade of experience in the mental health field, specifically working with clients diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). This experience not only enriches her understanding of diverse mental health conditions but also enhances her ability to contribute meaningfully to our team's initiatives.

Beyond her role in client services, Tessa excels in administrative tasks, where her excellent organizational and problem-solving skills shine. Her proficiency in project management, scheduling, and coordination ensures that our operations run smoothly. She actively assists in grant applications, conducts thorough research, and compiles necessary documentation, playing a key role in securing funding for our initiatives.

As an effective communicator and listener, Tessa fosters an environment of collaboration within our team. Despite her busy schedule, Tessa makes time for her personal life. As an only child, she cherishes spending time with her family and enjoying the outdoors.
