Erica Lindall
(she/her)
Outpatient and In-Home Psychotherapist
Erica’s primary task as a therapist is to truly listen to her clients. She’s listening to their lived experiences, their desires for change and their fears about making those changes. This kind of careful listening allows Erica to better guide her clients through setting and achieving their goals for healing.
Erica’s approach as a therapist is two-fold. On the one hand, Erica has a nurturing demeanor which helps to create a safe and secure relationship with her clients where they can truly be vulnerable. On the other, Erica values being direct and authentic, which can help gently nudge her clients along in the process of change.
She feels both are necessary to her work as a therapist. Erica Lindall holds a Masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Edgewood College with certificates in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Multidimensional Family Therapy (MDFT), and Trauma-Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). When she’s not doing therapy, Erica is out playing slow pitch softball, attempting new recipes, hangin’ with friends and family, and supporting the Badgers!
