The Problem is the Problem, the person is not the problem.
— Micheal White

Anesis Therapy's philosophy is rooted in systems therapy and uses Narrative Therapy, TFCBT- Trauma Focused Cognitive Therapy for children, Motivational Interviewing and cultural interventions . We believe in helping our client's identify their values and skills so they can effectively confront whatever problems they face.  Anesis Therapy emphasizes participation of clients in the therapy process; understanding that individual clients are our best resource in helping to resolve inner and circumstantial conflicts. We believe that the person is not the problem, the problem is the problem.
