Dr. Algernon Felice holds a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology, specializing in cultures and how cultures negotiate and navigate different environments. He is a Psychological Assessment Specialist and Expert Witness working closely with the Dane County Courts. Dr. Felice is the Psychological Consultant to the newly formed Community Restorative Court, as well as Clinical Supervisor and Psychotherapist with the Anesis Center for Marriage & Family Therapy. Dr. Felice holds the position of Adjunct Professor at Edgewood College teaching courses in Multicultural Counseling and a highly intersectional and integrative model of Psychological Assessment. Dr. Felice is the creator of a highly recognized treatment model called Constructive Locale Regenerative Therapy (CLRT). CLRT is an avenue through which a clinician more effectively approaches, engages, and partners with clients across the variety of spectra we call Culture. It allows the trained clinician greater degrees of freedom to identify and purpose different therapeutic modes in support of his/her client’s wellness. Dr. Felice is a seasoned Consultant and Presenter throughout North American and the Caribbean, as well as a writer of culturally-oriented Children’s Stories and a Storyteller.
